Parking

All the parking facilities border onto Joan Gaskell Drive.  What ever direction you are coming from, follow the clear signage that will be displayed.  At each car park entrance, there will be an extremely sharp parking attendant from the Mercury Bay Rugby Club who will direct you the rest of the way to your car park.  A gold coin donation for the volunteer organisations per person will be greatly appreciated.

From the closest park to the arena, it is an 8 minute walk, from the furthest it is a 14 minute walk.  Pay to get there early?  Or save the hassle and walk from town!

Out of town Bus and Coach Parking

Bus and coach drop off and all-day coach parking can be located at the new Whitianga Sports Complex.  Turn right at OPC corner, Corner of South Highway and State Highway 25.  If coming from Matarangi, take the Whitianga bi-pass as if going to Tairua on State Highway 25 and follow signage.

The Walk

From the car park to the concert arena, the walk is around 13 minutes long.  Bare this in mind when loading the chilly bin with left over ham from Christmas!
